Phone numbers and text messaging

We use your phone number only to communicate with you about your property inquiry and any resulting transaction. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. We keep a record of your opt-out so we don't text you again.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who work for us, such as website hosting, form processing, phone and texting services and customer relationship management software, and only as needed to provide their service
• Closing parties, such as title companies, closing attorneys, lenders' payoff departments and, where you have signed a purchase agreement, a partner buyer to whom we assign that agreement. We share what is needed to complete the transaction, never your mobile number for their marketing.
