1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website, operated by LG Property Maintenance ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What we do
We are a real estate investment company. We buy residential property for our own account and, in some transactions, assign our purchase contract to another buyer. We are not a licensed real estate broker, we do not represent you, and we do not list or market property for sale on your behalf. Nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, accountant or real estate professional before selling.
3. Offers are not binding until signed
Information on this site, and any estimate or offer we give you by phone, text or email, is not a binding offer or contract. A sale happens only under a written purchase agreement signed by you and by us, and that agreement's terms control. Timelines and costs described on this site are typical, not guaranteed.
4. Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of the property, or are authorized to act for the owner. Please don't submit anyone else's information without their permission.
5. Communications
If you give consent on our form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your property inquiry, as described in our SMS and communications policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no submitting false or automated inquiries, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, and no copying of site content for commercial use.
7. Our content
The text, design, photographs and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal use.
8. Other websites
Links to other websites, such as government records sites, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit anything in a signed purchase agreement.

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or your violation of these terms.
